I appreciate the robustness of the computer health-checks that Matt carries out on an annual basis at our office and the fact that he is always at the end of a phone line or email to answer the smallest query. The IT infrastructure of a charity is hard to maintain if a budget isn't set aside for new purchases, but this is also true of IT support. The monthly fee we pay allows us to budget and plan for our IT support, with no hidden charges and as Suffolk Online is itself a charity, the staff understand our needs.
