SOLBITS aims to provide low-cost telephone support for your office applications.

We feel that there is a large gap in the market for low cost telephone support for small local businesses who often don't have the time or resource to either employ their own staff to support their own IT structure or to organise for an outside company to do it for them. We very much believe we can fill this void in the market and provide quality telephone based support & advice at a low cost.

Suffolk Online has a rich history of providing good quality telephone support with the current helpdesk having supported the 1500 users of the Suffolk Online Internet service for over 5 years now. In a survey performed after the first phase of the project, the support was revealed as one of the great successes of the project and a reason why many people continued to use the service.

Now, following on from our successful initial free trial period we are now operating the service on a subscription basis with either 3 month, 6 month or 12 month options.
